TURN OFF THE TV.

Guard your mind by turning off the television, seeking truth, protecting your peace, and spending time in prayer and Scripture

Not everything on that screen deserves space in your head.

Fear sells.

Anger gets ratings.

Division keeps people watching.

And repetition can make an opinion start sounding like truth.

Whether it comes from the left, the right, social media, influencers, corporations, or politicians—everyone wants a piece of your attention.

Stop giving it away so easily.

Turn off the television.

Put down the phone.

Step outside.

Talk to your family.

Read.

Pray.

Open your Bible.

Think for yourself.

Ask questions.

Seek the truth instead of allowing someone else to package it for you.

The loudest voice isn’t always the truthful one.

ā€œProve all things; hold fast that which is good.ā€ — 1 Thessalonians 5:21 KJV

Guard your mind.

Guard your peace.

You don’t have to consume everything the world is trying to feed you.
