PRACTICE RELAXING

Practice relaxing by slowing down, praying, breathing, and letting go of stress while trusting God

You practice working. You practice training. You practice getting better at everything else.

Start practicing how to relax.

You cannot live every day angry, worried, rushed and carrying problems that haven’t even happened yet. Constant stress wears down the body, steals your peace and can damage your health.

Some things deserve your attention.

Not everything deserves your stress.

Slow down. Take a walk. Sit somewhere quiet. Breathe. Pray. Put the phone down. Spend time with people you love. And learn to give God the things you cannot control.

ā€œCasting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.ā€ — 1 Peter 5:7 KJV

Your problems will still be there after you calm down.

But you’ll be stronger when you face them.

Practice relaxing. Protect your peace. You only get one body and one life—stop letting stress consume both.
