Teach Them to Kneel

There will come a day
when your child faces a battle
you cannot fight for them.

when your arms cannot shield them,
your voice cannot answer for them,
and your strength cannot carry them.

Your presence in their life
is one of the greatest blessings
they will ever know.

But it is temporary.

God’s presence
is eternal.

So teach them early.
Teach them faithfully.
Teach them with your words
and with your example.

Because a child who learns
to kneel before God

will never truly
have to stand alone.
