Your voice matters. Use it.

Too many people stay silent because they’re afraid of being judged, rejected, or standing alone. But silence has never changed anything. If something is wrong, say it. If someone needs defending, stand beside them. If you believe in something, have the courage to speak.

You don’t need everyone to agree with you. You don’t need the loudest voice in the room. You just need the courage to make sure fear isn’t the reason you stayed quiet.
